Over the past few months I have eaten A LOT of food. One of the primary reasons for this Southeast Asian adventure was to open my stomach, and subsequently my heart, to all cuisines that I would encounter. From street vendors to high end restaurants, I have done my best to immerse myself in local food and couldn’t be happier (and healthier). THANK YOU DUKORAL!

Unfortunately, because I have a less than stellar memory, the sights, the sounds, and most importantly the tastes won’t remain with me forever. My hope with this blog is not only to document my experiences so that they’ll have a lasting impact on me, but so I can share them all with you.

Although this trip will eventually come to an end, my passion for food will never cease. This is just the start of a lifetime of eatsss.
